Andy Ellis

Founder

Andy Ellis lives in Baltimore, MD with his wife, three cats, and a flock of backyard chickens. Andy started in debate coaching, where he spent years teaching research, argumentation, and public speaking. The real skill he developed: translating complicated issues into clear, persuasive narratives. He spent nearly 15 years in corporate operations, building data systems, automating workflows, and helping organizations move from legacy infrastructure toward modern, AI-ready approaches. The through-line: making complex work simpler and more reliable so teams can stop fighting their processes and focus on outcomes. Andy brings years of experience in community service, grassroots organizing, coalition building, and political advocacy. That combination of technical work and community work shapes how he thinks about technology. It should strengthen communities and expand what organizations can accomplish, not extract value from the people it's meant to serve.
